Get Your Free Practice Audit

The short version

This website belongs to Clineo LLC (“Clineo,” “we,” “us”), an Arizona company based in Glendale. Using this site — browsing it, requesting a free audit, running the proposal builder, or booking a call — means you agree to these terms. If you become a paying client, the signed agreement for that engagement (statement of work, order form, or service agreement) governs the work itself; these terms cover the website and our general business relationship around it.

Effective date: July 24, 2026.

What this site is (and isn’t)

This site is a business-to-business marketing and operations site for independent healthcare practices. It is not a patient portal, it takes no patient intake, and it isn’t a substitute for medical, legal, or tax advice. Don’t submit protected health information (PHI) through any form on this site — see our privacy policy for what we do and don’t collect.

The free tools

The practice audit and the proposal builder are free, provided as-is, and meant to inform, not replace judgment. The audit scans only the public web address you give us — the same pages anyone on the internet can see — and its findings, including any AI-generated narrative, are a starting point for a conversation, not a professional compliance certification. The proposal builder’s recommendation is an estimate based on what you tell it; final scope and price are confirmed when you actually engage us.

Paid engagements

Every price we charge is published on our pricing page — no hidden quotes. The terms below are how we run engagements in practice; the specifics of your engagement (scope, start date, plan tier) are confirmed in writing when you sign on.

  • Deposits. Monthly plans start with a one-time onboarding fee (one month’s plan fee). One-time builds start with a 30% deposit at signing.
  • Minimum terms and cancellation. Plans carry the minimum term stated on the pricing page (6 or 12 months, by plan); after that, they’re month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Installment financing. If you finance a build under our installment option, the balance is spread across your plan’s minimum term with a program charge disclosed as a dollar figure on your quote — no compounding, no hidden math. Pay it off early and the remaining program charge is credited proportionally. Cancel before the minimum term ends and the remaining installment balance becomes due.
  • Out-of-scope work. Anything outside a signed scope is billed at $175/hour, quoted and approved before we start.
  • Pass-through costs. Ad spend, print/postage, and third-party licenses are billed at cost, not marked up.
  • Your data stays yours. Your content, domain, and data are always yours, exportable at any time, on the platform or off it.

Late payments may pause active work until the account is current. We’ll always tell you before that happens — no silent shutoffs.

Booking and payment processing

Scheduling at Book a Call runs through Cal.com; paid bookings are charged through Stripe at the time of booking. We don’t store your card details — Stripe handles that directly, under its own terms and privacy policy. If you need to reschedule or have a billing question about a paid booking, email hello@clineo.tech and we’ll sort it out.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to submit PHI, to probe or attack our systems, to scrape or resell our content, or to impersonate someone else when booking a call or filling out a form. We can suspend access for anyone misusing the site or its tools.

Intellectual property

The Clineo name, logo, and the content on this site (copy, design, pricing structure, automation catalog descriptions) belong to Clineo LLC unless otherwise noted, and are here for you to read, not to copy for your own commercial use. For clients: templates and platform code you license while subscribed remain ours; anything we build and deploy into your own cloud environment is yours to keep, per the terms of your specific engagement.

No warranty, limited liability

This website and its free tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the audit, proposal builder, and published pricing accurate, but we don’t guarantee the site or tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Clineo LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that Arizona law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing here overrides the specific terms of a signed client agreement, which controls for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this site that isn’t otherwise covered by a signed client agreement’s own dispute terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, this page changes first, with a new effective date at the top. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly, not just posted here.
