Not everything needs AI
We’ll say the quiet part plainly: much of what gets sold as “AI for your practice” is ordinary workflow automation with a fashionable label. We use AI where it genuinely helps — drafting replies, answering after-hours questions — and skip it where a reliable, boring workflow does the job better and cheaper. You’re buying outcomes, not buzzwords.
