How much does a medical practice website cost? Here’s the whole answer.
Most agencies make you book a call to find out what anything costs. We’d rather you read it here, on your phone, between patients. This page is our entire price book: every plan, every build, every payment term, including the financing charge, stated in dollars. The short version: a practice site on the Clineo Platform is $900 to build and from $100 a month to run; a site you own outright in your own cloud starts at $2,500.
Every engagement has three simple parts (for what each line item actually does, see the services page):
- A one-time setup (onboarding or build), always with a deposit at signing.
- A monthly plan that keeps everything running, secure, and growing.
- Optional add-ons: fixed-price automations and à-la-carte services as you grow.
Compliance is included in everything we do (a signed BAA, compliant forms, privacy-safe analytics), never sold as an extra.

Either way: a signed BAA, a documented compliance posture, and clean data portability. Switching from Platform to Your Own Cloud later is a quoted migration, and your build payments to date are credited toward it.

Ten standard, healthcare-relevant automations at fixed prices, with known monthly run fees. AI is used where it helps; plenty of them need no AI at all. What each automation does, in plain English, is on the automations page; every price is here. Custom automations beyond the catalog are quoted fixed, in advance.

*Run fee applies on the Platform (hosting, monitoring, API usage included). On your own cloud, an equivalent optional care fee of $50/mo per automation covers monitoring and upkeep; skip it and it’s simply yours to run.
Service lines (à la carte)
Digital Marketing: PPC/SEM management from $500/mo or 15% of ad spend (whichever is greater); social media management from $350/mo (2 channels). Included at Performance and above.
Analytics & Reporting: privacy-safe, practice-owned analytics on your existing site (no rebuild needed), with a monthly report: $150/mo. Included in every plan.
AI Adoption Sprint: $1,500 fixed. Two weeks: we map your front-office workflows, identify where AI genuinely helps (and where it doesn’t), set the compliance guardrails, and deploy one pilot automation from the catalog. You end with a working automation and a prioritized roadmap, not a slide deck.
Digital Process Automation: the catalog, plus custom workflow automation quoted fixed. Not everything needs AI; much of it is well-built plumbing.
Cloud Solutions: architecture, migration, and BAA-covered setup on GCP, AWS, or Azure. Typical solo-practice migration runs $1,500–$5,000, quoted fixed after a scoping call. Managed IT and advanced cybersecurity are delivered with vetted specialist partners.
Incumbent Stack Tuning: you probably don’t need to throw out what you have.
- Stack Tune-Up: $750 fixed. We inventory the tools you already pay for (Workspace/Microsoft 365, EHR portal settings, forms, phones, DNS & email security), optimize the configuration for your workflows and for compliance, and give you a plain-English report of what changed and why.
- Stack Stewardship: $150/mo. We become the administrator (and where possible, reseller) of record for your existing stack: license and renewal management, configuration kept tuned, quarterly compliance re-check. No rebuild required. We take care of what you already own. Included at Growth and above.
Payment terms
There’s always a deposit. Plans start with a one-time onboarding fee (one month’s fee). Builds start with a 30% deposit at signing.
Two ways to pay for a build:
Option A — Upfront
30% at signing, balance at launch. Lowest total cost.
Option B — Installments
For builds of $2,500+ paired with a 12-month-plus plan: 30% down, and the balance is spread evenly across your plan’s minimum term with a program charge of 8% of the deferred amount (shown as a dollar figure on your quote, no compounding, no surprises). Pay the balance off early any time and the remaining program charge is credited proportionally.
Example: a Standard build ($4,500) on your own cloud plus a Growth plan ($750/mo), 12-month term.

The difference is $252: the full cost of spreading $3,150 over a year, stated up front. If you cancel before the minimum term ends, the remaining installment balance becomes due.
The fine print, kept short
- Out-of-scope or one-off work: $175/hour, quoted and approved before we start.
- Ad spend, print/postage, and third-party licenses are pass-through at cost.
- Prices effective July 2026; custom scopes quoted on request.

Is there a lower-cost option than a full monthly plan?
Essentials at $100/mo is the floor on the Clineo Platform, since a Platform Launch build requires an active plan. If you’d rather have zero recurring platform fee, a build in your own cloud starts at $2,500 and you pay only your own cloud bill after that.
What’s the difference between the setup fee and the monthly plan?
The setup fee (onboarding or build) is a one-time cost to stand your site up; the monthly plan is what keeps it running, secure, and growing afterward. Optional add-ons — automations and à-la-carte services — are billed separately as you use them.
Can I cancel if it doesn’t work out?
Yes: plans are month-to-month after the minimum term, with 30 days’ notice to cancel and no auto-renewal traps. If you financed a build and pay it off early, the remaining program charge is credited back proportionally.
