About Clineo

Your practice’s digital side, handled

Clineo runs the digital side of independent healthcare practices — website, marketing, automation, and cloud — as one affordable monthly service, with compliance built into everything we deliver. We’re based in Glendale, Arizona, and we serve the West Valley first: Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, and the rest of greater Maricopa County.

Plans start at $100 a month, every price is published on our pricing page, and we never ask a practice to throw away tools it already owns.

Where Clineo comes from

Clineo was founded by someone who has spent years on both sides of this problem: inside independent healthcare, watching small practices try to run a modern digital presence between patients, and inside technology, building and operating the systems that larger organizations take for granted.

The pattern we kept seeing was simple. National agencies price for organizations with ten million dollars in revenue. Local agencies quote thousands a month before the first page is built. Software platforms sell subscriptions that are easy to enter and hard to leave. And the single-provider practice — the therapist, the chiropractor, the solo physician who is the business — gets a patched-together website, a form that quietly routes patient messages through an ad company’s servers, and nobody accountable for any of it.

That practice is not an afterthought for us. It is the deliberate focus. Clineo exists to give a one-provider practice the same quality of website, marketing, automation, and cloud setup that a hospital system buys — at a price a one-provider practice can actually justify.

Why the West Valley

Because it’s home. Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and the corridor west of Phoenix are full of independent practices, and most of the digital services marketed to them come from templated national networks with a city name swapped into the headline. We’d rather be the local option that shows up in person, knows the market, and stakes its reputation on practices our neighbors actually visit.

How we handle compliance

Compliance is a standard feature of everything we build, not an upsell and not a sales pitch. In plain language, here is our posture:

  • Client systems run on a Google Cloud stack covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and we sign a BAA with every client engagement.
  • Website analytics are first-party and self-hosted — measurement data stays on infrastructure we control, not with an advertising company.
  • There are no advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site or on the sites we build. None.
  • Anything that touches patient information runs on the covered stack, separated from marketing systems by design.
  • Every build ships with a documented compliance posture and handoff training, so you can see exactly how your setup works.

You’ll notice what’s missing from that list: badges and certificates. No regulator certifies websites as HIPAA compliant, so we won’t claim a certification that doesn’t exist. We’d rather show you the architecture and the signed agreements — proof over promises.

Fair terms, in writing

The most common complaint practice owners have about digital vendors isn’t the work — it’s the terms. Auto-renewal traps, billing after cancellation, content held hostage. So our terms are the opposite, and we publish them proudly:

  • Published prices. Every plan, build, and automation is on the pricing page. No “call for a quote” games.
  • 30 days’ notice. Plans are month-to-month after the minimum term. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
  • Early-payoff credit. If you finance a build and pay it off early, the remaining program charge is credited proportionally.
  • Full data export. Your content, your domain, and your data are always yours, exportable any time.

A vendor relationship should be easy to stay in because the work is good — not because leaving is hard.

See it for yourself

This site is built on the same stack we deploy for clients, to the same standards we promise: fast on mobile, accessible, both light and dark themes, zero third-party trackers. The easiest way to evaluate us is to let us look at your current site — the audit is free, it analyzes only your public website, and you’ll get specific findings either way.
