The short version
This site collects the business contact information you choose to send us, measures traffic with analytics we host ourselves, and nothing else. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, and no health information here — this site is for practice owners and managers, not patients. This policy is short enough to actually read, because there isn’t much to disclose.

What we collect
Information you send us
When you fill out a form on this site — the contact form, the audit request, or the fit check — we collect what you type: typically your name, practice name, business email, phone number, and website address. We use it to respond to you and to prepare what you asked for. That’s it.
Analytics
We measure site traffic with Matomo, a first-party analytics tool that runs on our own servers, configured cookieless. It tells us which pages are useful and where visitors come from, without setting tracking cookies and without sending your visit to any advertising company. Analytics data stays on infrastructure we control.
The audit tool
If you request a practice audit, our audit tool scans only the public website address you give us — the same pages anyone on the internet can see. It does not access anything behind a login, and it collects no patient or health information by design.
The interview chat
If you use the guided fit check conversation, we store the conversation. We use it to prepare your recommendation and to improve the service. Don’t put health information in it — it’s a business conversation about your practice’s website and tools.
What we never collect
- No advertising trackers. No Google Ads tag, no Meta pixel, no tag managers, no retargeting of any kind.
- No third-party analytics. Nothing on this site sends your visit to another company’s servers.
- No health information. This website serves practice businesses. It is not a patient portal, it takes no patient intake, and it stores no protected health information. Patient-facing systems belong on our clients’ compliant deployments, never on this site.
If you email us or submit a form, we’ll reply about the thing you asked about. If you opt in to updates, every message includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with anyone for their marketing.
Your data, your call
Ask us any time and we will export everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@clineo.tech and we’ll confirm completion — usually within a few business days. We keep form submissions and conversations only as long as they’re useful for serving you, and we delete them on request.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes first, with a new effective date at the top. We won’t quietly add trackers and hope nobody reads the update — not having them is the point.
